Part 07
The evidence pack and share links
Handing a plot's evidence to someone outside the portal: the pack built for a reviewer, and a revocable link that needs no account.
Two ways to hand a plot's evidence to someone outside the portal: the evidence pack, a document built for a reviewer deciding whether to accept it, and a share link, a page they can open themselves with no account of their own.
Opening a case on a flagged plot
EUDR compliance › Cases
Where a plot's finding has been queried, or an alert has flagged it, open a case on it first; see Cases. The pack and the share link below both start from a plot, so either can be reached from the plot's row in the register or from the case opened on it.
The evidence pack
Plot register › a plot › Evidence pack
The evidence pack rearranges a plot's own evidence into the order a reviewer outside your workspace needs: the plot's identity and its boundary, the question the record answers, what was read and from which scenes and dates, the finding or the reason it was withheld, where every figure traces to, and a signature block. It states nothing the plot's own evidence document does not already state, and no method parameter, threshold or margin appears in it.
The pack downloads as a PDF, with a ZIP alongside it carrying the plot's boundary as GeoJSON and the full scene and season lists as CSV, so every figure in the PDF can be checked independently against the public archives it names.
The pack carries the same finding as the plot's evidence document, built from the same stored record. It is not a new reading and cannot disagree with the document it is drawn from.
Share links
Plot register › a plot › Share
A share link opens one plot's evidence for someone who has no seat in your workspace: a buyer's compliance desk, an auditor, or anyone else you choose to send it to. Creating one sets how long it stays open, seven, thirty or ninety days, and shows the link once. Revoking it stops it opening at once; whatever it already showed stays shown, since revoking a link cannot undo an open that already happened.
Every open is recorded against the link: when, and from where, so your workspace knows the link reached its recipient. The list of links on a plot shows each one's state, open, expired or revoked, and how many times it has been opened.
What the recipient sees
Opening the link shows the plot's reference, commodity, country and area, and its evidence exactly as a signed-in member of your workspace would see it: the finding, the instrument readings, the seasons, and the sources. It carries no case, no other plot and no part of your register beyond the one plot the link was made for, and downloads the same evidence document a workspace member downloads. No sign-in is asked for.
A link answers for one plot only. If that plot's boundary changes and its evidence is withdrawn for it, the link reports that the plot has no evidence yet, the same as it would for a signed-in viewer.
